Receptionist staff were fine but the doctor was late for the 9 am appointment. Apparently this is a regular occurrence.

Sarah has been excellent, friendly, understanding, listened and gave supportive feedback, when first started with Hand Therapy was worried, however the exercises given, very helpful has made great improvement, will continue with the exercises.
